I get bored with regular sammiches so I try and buy a variety of cheese and condiments to jazz up my lunch a little bit.

Plus the boss really likes to go to Subway and I figure if I'm going to spend $5 for a sub plus another couple of bucks for a soda I may just as well make my own sammiches at home and take them to Subway and eat them there.
