I'm saying that is simply not acceptable. It's not like this is rocket science...or like I'm asking for a quick repair. I'm simply asking for contact so I can find out what's going on.

My mechanic knows what he's doing and the prices can't be beat, but his follow-through bites ass...

 

I'm saying....on par... I've dealt with these things for the past 7 years.

 

I'm aware that it's on par, but good customer service is a cheap thing. Heck, I'd even pay higher prices for better service. I'm not asking for hand-holding, just information when I ask for it...or reasonable response times.

I'm pretty sure that, despite the good prices, I won't be taking my car back to this mechanic unless he's got a VERY good explanation for this...
