You hit an unknown-to-many Unkie Trunkie FAIL mode:

1. Modern strip-mall-style Stucco building
2. "Hip" music on the website.
3. Self-anointed "gourmet" anything.

. . . I didn't even read the menu.

For cheesesteaks around here, there's only one place to go: Amato's.

Scroll down to "Amato's:"
http://www.bestcheesesteaks.com/cheesesteaks/ca.htm

It's in an old strip mall. One counter. Lots of cops (eating), and a giant Eagle's 5th wheel parked on the side.
Believe it or not I don't think you can get a really good cheesesteak in NYC. If there is one I haven't found it yet and trust me I have tried many.

I believe it. Why get a cheesesteak when fresh corned beef on rye will do?

Irrelevant. It's a question of how the bread is made. The trick to the beef is to get the right cut. . .
Bread baked fresh daily. Forgive my shaky hands. Doesnt make for a great picture
