The car would, for no apparent reason, shake uncontrollably. All I could do was slam on the brakes. I almost got rearended several times.
The steering wheel would come loose from the steering column and just spin.
I blew the clutch, rebuilt it myself, did something wrong putting the car back together (something about wiring the starter wiring), and all the wiring in the car burned up.
After that, I had to sand the distributor points with #600 sandpaper each morning. The car missed badly.
An old man in a truck with a camper shell ran a stop sign and I center punched him. The camper shell door flew open and all his stuff (dishes, bedding, etc) flew into the street and started getting run over by cars.
I did the body work myself on my car, but couldn't figure out the front luggage compartment hood lock, so I tied it down with a rope.
The rope snapped and the hood flew off on the San Diego Freeway and sailed neatly through the passenger side windshield of a moving van behind me.
Other than that, it was a great car.
