How bad does back surgery really hurt?
They want to put a rod in my lower back because i fractured my L5-S1 vertebre and with every car accident since then it only seems to get worse and worse and worse... i'm thinking i could tolerate the year recovery time.

for me it was pretty painless but I can imagine yours will be a little tougher to recover from.
