Yang Chow Fried Rice is better, Mom. It's shrimp, beef, pork, and chicken.

Hey George, in March 2008 issue of Bon Appetit they have Yang Chow's recipe for Slippery Shrimp on page 26 so you and Mrs. Raptor can make it at home. The recipe from this issue (as of 02/13/08) hasn't been posted yet on epicurious.com but they have a different version posted that isn't from the restaurant itself and doesn't sound as good.
