...... and the dark swells of time washed over Brunt, new dread lord of The Corner. With his moderating powers he enforced the rule with terrible vengance. Once a simple yet engaging 
he rose to power by laying in wait for the proper opportunity. Then he lashed out and stole the power for himself, shunning the other s with whom he had dwelled in the past. Now his breatheren where subject to his terror!!!
Banished was into the void. Many s lamented it's passing. Much anger and fighting erupted. Trust among s was lost. Good will a mere token, where once it had flourished. The power of The Thread was dimished, and his posts were only as many as 2000..... the lofty heights of the first age a mere memory. And the quoting of imagery was driven underground, to await its emergance once again.........
The Second Age had begun........
