I like the idea, even though I won't use it, as I am quite selective of which PWs I want to block. Also, you can now see when someone on your ignore list has posted and see what they had to say fairly easily.
For what it's worth, if it really bothers you that much, stop whoring 24/7 and let your PPD come down to a normal level.
