John...I am getting a new top from Honda because I have wear holes....thats about it..other than that ssdd

I've been to Bangladesh and Thailand, John. No connection and therefore no ing for me for 10 days either

 

They upgraded me to an '03 top for free when I had mine replaced for wear. See if you can get them to do that. (If you care... I prefer the glass)

 

WOW!!! you got a much better deal than me...I hate that there is no standard for this repair I tried to get a glass upgrade, but was told no way since then the frame would have to be replaced! I am paying $500 towards the deal...I thought it was a good deal since I am wayyy out of the warranty period

 

I am well though very tired. It's been a pretty rough 11 days.

I was down your way for 4 hours Monday. After my trip to Kansas last week I got home Sun. Monday moring I had to fly down to Pasadena for a friggin 3 hour meeting. Nuts.

Oh yeah.. and I cut a chunk off my fingertip with razor which sucks but it's healing well. Other than that... all good.

I lucked out completely. I was willing to pay and had estimated about $500. My Service peeps are great though and I'm fairly well known to them as a good customer and they just did it, frame and all.

Yeah... I'm lucky there.
