I am waiting to see what they actually release .... the Prelude was a great car (the last curvy version whatever that was) then the "upgraded" to the straight line not as good one .... I just hope they don't do the same with the S ......

There are loads of rumours about an auto box .... a coupe version ... etc. I have a feeling that they might tone it down a little from the current one, which would be a shame I think ....

It could be a bit like the M3 BMW, each new version comes out a bit heavier and a bit less of a drivers car I think ....

I didn't even read the threads about the s2200. I read the first couple and that was it. I'm happy with the 2000 and I wouldn't buy a 2200 or any new model right of the bat. Let other people be the ginny pigs and pay the premium. I will check it out when it shows up at the dealers.

well, the only thing I would want from the s2200 is the power, but I alread have another 15 hp, and I got a computer and cams on the way, that'll push me past the s2200. And all the other stuff I DON'T want. I agree robb, less of a drivers car. I think the bean-counters are taking over...

Honda should take a hint by the amazing following this car has.

that they got it right the first time. Drop in the NSX motor tuned to 8300 rpm. Give the NSX a v8, and call it a day. done.

I can't really comment YET on what improvements the car needs but will be able to evaluate real soon. One improvement I would like to see is a tilt wheel. I noticed it blocked part of my view of the tach.
