A number of people are attacking a AT-ST. Most of them are Creature Handlers (Trainers), and there are a bunch of animals that are standing below the ATST attacking, as are the characters themselves with blasters. Stin is the name of someones animal, thats what the hollering is about. Apparently, You don't want that thing to attack you because it will end you very quick.

Of course this is just what my friend said, I'm still a true newb when it comes down to it.
