Not true Chaz. You want to be out of anything resembling a relationship before Thanksgiving. If you survive Thanksgiving, that leads to Christmas, if you survive Christmas, that leads you to New Years string it out to Valentine's Day, and you're caught in the middle of a relationship.

Also, if you're not occupied. . . you can go hunting at bars on the day right before or after (or during) any of the above holidays. . . and

i enjoy going to the bar on a holiday night....theres always so much family you can take....everyone else at the bar is in the same boat probably.....which leads into the :bangbangbang:

 

Better than that. . . you know that they're there because they're not with anyone for the holiday.

. . .it's a good time for the looks/low-self-esteem matrix to advantageously intersect.

 

Ah, this is interesting. You'd think the cougars out there would've had enough of the holiday claptrap... You'd think they'd want to be the ones out in the bars to hook the lonely studs on the holidays.
