There are many reasons terrorists are generally so pissed about just about anything or anybody:

(1) Maybe with the modern nutrition and the popularity of women sports. Women become stronger and those weak ass terrorists can't beat women up and use them like slaves like in the old days.

Solution: Give them free memberships of some local gyms.

(2) Getting laid with 72 virgins is not necessary free. At least you have to be able to buy 72 dinners. And terrorists, they are usually flat broke. Unless they joined a suicide mission. Unfortunately, they don't get paid "before" the mission.

Solution: Provide more job fairs for them so that they can pay for escort services.

Just my 2 cents.
