It's not. I was wrong -- as Jeff said, the picture site G was referencing is down.

There was a change, though, to hosted pictures very recently. The original syntax for the http links doesn't work anymore (I've found). I had to re-open the picture I wanted, and re-paste the link into the [ img][/img] tag to get it to work again.
