Pivot 3-stage shift light. I have it set right now so the 1st bulb lites up when I enter VTEC, the 2nd bulb lites at 7500-ish to let me know I'm in the meat of the powerband, and the 3rd lites up as I hit peak at 8300, then they all flash at redline. In LA when snaking around bozo's and trying not to die in the freeway it has helped once or twice for me to become one with my machine.
