He is 13. You are allowed to drink over the age of 12 (I think) if you are with a parent or guardian and you are not on licenced premises (pub etc.). Even in a restaurant, with a meal, you are allowed to drink if you have a parent or guardian there ......

-got divorced at 15

-became a Hare Crishna at 25
-spent the night at Michael Jackson's neverland ranch when i was 26
-realized Diet Doctor Pepper DOES taste more like regular Doctor Pepper at 27
-gave myself a vasectomy at 28
-reversed it at 29
-had a mid-life crisis when i turned 30
-recovered from mid-life crisis at 31
-bought new tires for my 'S' at 32.
