You know, I'm seriously considering buying a Canon 20D and a decent telephoto lens before USGP. That's a lot of dough to spend on a camera though.

Cameras, Musical instruments, watches. . . etc. If it's well-made it almost always pays for itself (but maybe not in a single lifetime).
