Yesterday I learned that although its great to surprise your dad for father's day by flying home unannounced, you have to be careful with older people, their heart's can't really take the shock anymore!

Poor guy, I nearly gave him a heart attack.

But he was happy to see me.

Today I learnt that if I don't eat dinner one evening and miss breakfast the next morning, I get very hungry !!!! :rumble:

 

Today I learned that my new female friend was a flight medic during the opening months of the current gulf war.

even though you go to sleep early, if you keep waking up, you really don't feel like you slept much

 

Today I learned my MOM broke her arm in ITALY and is cutting her vacation short to come home.............
