You know at first I thought, It’s ridiculous to keep the liquor stores open. And then I realized...of course. If you cut alcoholics off they’re going to detox. And then they’ll end up at the hospital, which is the exact opposite of what we want right now.

HA! See what I just posted in the other thread about this. I agree! Even if not going to hospitals, imagine them being stuck at home with family and suddenly having to stop drinking and detox ... I honestly think we would have all sorts of issues.

Haha. Yes! I’m also thinking about the homeless who don’t even have shelter. People would definitely die.

Today I learned (okay, it was actually yesterday, but whatever) that a woman on Vancouver Island started a facebook group encouraging people to put hearts in the windows of their homes to "spread love not germs." People all over the province have been doing it. It was heart warming so a few of us made up some hearts for our office windows and last night I put some on my front window at home. Cool way to unify and support people.
