Today I learned that I can't change my address for my line of credit over the phone because they do not have my mother's maiden name on file (to avoid fraud, which I understand). I also learned that I have to go into my branch to provide my mother's maiden name because whatever system the dude on the phone was using won't let him add that information. This is precisely why I closed my bank accounts with them.
