No infection - just tilt up a shot glass full of saltwater on it a few times a day (shot for you, shot for me ...) and a good antibacterial soaping and it's good to go. The hubby likes it!! : I think you can get different lengths, but I just let the piercing dude tell me what he recommended. He had like 10 pierces on his face, so I figured he's an expert ...

hahaha... I've seen teenagers w/ the same number or more piercings in their face. They didn't look like experts at anything except wasting space.
