All I have to do is look at my friend's 18-year-old son and I can clearly see all that is wrong with American youth.

- He grew up without a Dad (his died from cancer, there wasn't a divorce)
- He grew up in an 8,000 sq. ft. house in a wealthy suburb of Washington, DC
- He grew up in a private school surrounded by rich kids
- His Mom refused to spoil him - he pays for his cell phone, car, insurance, etc.
- He moved in with a rich kid's family who doesn't make him do anything
- He refuses to come home, even though Mom is planning to take him to Asia as a going-away-to-college gift

I told Mom to pack his sh*t and leave it at his rich friend's house, and take me to Asia instead!

If I acted this way when I was his age I'd probably be dead by now, having been thrown out into the street by my parents for being so unappreciative and disrespectful.
