essentially we are talking about a cricket contest held every two years betweem England and Australia for the Ashes, a tiny pot containg the ashes of the bails burnt after the death of English cricket when we lost to the Aussies many, many years ago.
So this summer, five test matches, each lasting five days, containing a mimimum of 90 overs of cricket per day.
