Quite right. Probably dictates that I'll be stepping down to 15" rims when the time comes. I'll probably just wait until I need new tires and do a wheel/tire swap all at once...

I am in negotiations with the FP at the moment over changing the car ...... (she wants to and I don't !!!) .... and the idea that I have come up with, and which is winning favour surprisingly, is that we ship the S back to the UK and keep it there for when we are visiting (and for our eventual return) and get another car here ..... if I do this, I will almost certainly sell the BBS rims that I have at the moment back in the UK and go for something bigger, 17" or maybe even 18"

My personal preference is 17" rims on the S...but I have seen some 18s that look pretty good, too...

Mom's got 17" Volks and I think that's one of the nicest rims available for the S.

Light rims are a good thing. Particularly on my car where power is a definite issue...
