I think it is 13 hours to the east coast .... not sure where you are though ??

It's 11 hours, when you said it was 8:45 there it was 7:45am here...

13 hours when we are in Daylight savings time and 12 during standard time.

EDIT: 11 or 13 is the cup half full or half empty? In the case of jet lag: are you half asleep or half awake.

Just far to complicated for me to keep track of it with all the different time zones especially when you throw daylight saving into the equation !!!

Sweetj, I have just watched Top Gear (a UK car programme) and they had the Smart roadster on it, which looks pretty cool .... slow as you like, but looks pretty cool ...
