Glad you guys enjoyed it. I did too on an eye-candy level, but it didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Like you, Wu, I'll probably try to figure it out better some time with an eventual DVD set.

Wick, I enjoyed those parts too. There were great moments, particularly when Neo talks to the elder guy down in Zion in the machine room. I dug that. But overall the thing didn't do it for me.

No, Wu, I didn't stay for the credits. I had to pee, and my tummy was rumbling for dinner.

 

After much thinking, I think I figured out what just happened in the movie last night. I think I figured out what the directors were trying to say. I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it, but maybe there should be a separate thread to discuss Matrix Reloaded. It was pretty deep.

 

I think we should let it go a while and give people a chance to see it, Wu.

I agree Wu, I quite liked it. I think the personal issues explored can be directly related to reel life.... depending on your spiritual outlook....
