Here's my rub: Hand mix equal parts, coarse salt, sugar, black pepper, and paprika.
Here's my glaze that went on the loin (the ligthter one in the middle) while grilling: Mix and bring to a boil equal parts butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, scotch.
As far as what went inside the loin... I'll leave that to your imagination. Thanks for coming out, next time (in another 3 years) I'll do some southwest grilling for you. Or maybe Hawaii and Pac Rim.
