I would have thought "Upstairs Downstairs" would be a pretty good one to judge us by .......

(Dad's Army). yeah it goes back a bit - '60s black and white series screened by the BBC. WW2 Home Guard (unfits and misfits defending the shores of Ole Blighty against Hitler). Same shambles as Basil Fawlty, different setting!
