An update for all my corner whores
Well after some hard work, dedication and eating right I have hit my first goal.
I now weigh 195lbs with 15.2% body fat. I started this plan at a sad 265lbs, It all started in October 04 when I found a great nutritional and exercise guide called the "Abs Diet", a Mens Health Book.
Here are some before and after pictures.


Looking back, I cant believe how far I let myself go.


Next goal is to get that six pack I always wanted!
