but I guess it's old habit, I just hate filling up my system drive with shit...... or maybe cuz work has conditioned me......

 

i have to find a new HD.. a little skeptical about buying a 100gig hd off ebay for $40 (damn that's cheap), but as long as it's new, in box, and has a warrenty, it can't be bad... right?

I was playing for a bit...

at first the game was really laggy...I mean bad! like chop liver. even at 800 X 600 at low everything it was choppy...

 

at that point I figured it was my driver.. I dl'ed the latest nvidia driver and the game is smooth now at max everything

so if you have an nvidia card, make sure you update that shit

 

my computer is old as shit....
it takes forever to load, but once it's up and running, it's not bad..takes froever for map to load though.
played a little DM this morning...
i suck... killed maybe 10 people.... killed myself about 5 times

 

btw...what is everyone's nickname on UT?
