The top part is unimportant. The bottom part says "I break for Team Orders." It's a reference to F1, where there are not supposed to be ANY team orders. However, near the end of a key race (2 years ago, I tthink) they radioed Philipe Massa and told him "Your teammate is faster than you, please confirm you understand." About 1/2 lap later Massa went WAY wide and slowed in a corner allowing his teammate to pass him for the lead in the race. It set off a firestorm about team orders in the sport.
