You shouldn't go too cheap. Bought a mega pack of not-so-great toilet paper and even doubling up (single ply - boooo), it still lasted several months. Fortunately the roomie who bought the new mega pack didn't cheap out. My ass is celebrating.

I usually buy the generic bambo version. they are good for many tasks.

sometime you can get them free at Asian restaurants.
