SNL has had it's WAY ups and Waay downs over the years with the cast. Some years awesome and some years blah.

More Jack Handy:

"I want the world to be a better place for my children, but not for my children's children. I don't think children should have sex.

It's strange that when Comedy Central shows SNL they show the musical guests. As much as I like that segment of the show it seems odd that Comedy Central wouldn't just show the comedy.

I completely agree that they've definitely not been consistent through the years. I've certainly not liked all the cast members. But, overall, I just think it's amazing how much talent has come from that pool.

The Chris Farley "best of" was a riot. I always felt Chris ran hot and cold quite a bit... Much of his stuff I didn't find funny at all. Probably all symptomatic of a difficult lifestyle.

Hey Charlie!

Sorry I have been strangely absent, but I had a deadline this morning so I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I love finishing a deadline ......only to get a new one for Friday

Boston was great! It rained most of the time I was there but I had a blast...when I get the pictures developed I'll send you some of the funnier ones. After the first night there half of my high school buddies drove up from CT to visit me and Kelly. It was like This Is Your Life. I miss those boys

Best part of the trip: Dragging Kelly and her friend to the Honda dealership downtown so I could drool at the S2000's they had in stock. I love it when people ask me why the hell I bought the car so far away from where I live. You know I could've just bought a civic with all the options and saved a whole lotta money and.....

then they see the car:

"ooooohhhhhh now I get it"

Quarter-life crisis? I don't think so pal!
