so far my biggest gripe (minor) is how new PM's seem to just slip by me and sit until someone asks me if I got their PM

I disable popups in my browser so getting the popup is not an option

......The new PM link is too small and too buried

You should use a browser that allows you the ability to add specific sites that can allow pop-ups to get thru

Use IE...then you can see that the graphic at the top right of the page is still out of allignment...

I agree with J. You can tell firefox to allow popups from s2ki only.
