Default What to get the boss and employees?

First off... no...condoms..subscription to maxim, etc.. not an option...

I need to get gifts for... 3 coworkers, 4 managers, and about 35 direct reports. I can figure something easy for the 35 direct reports, BUT..what about for the coworkers and managers? I've gotten chocolate, gift certificates, champagne glass set, etc....
I'd like to keep coworkers/mgrs to under $15 a person. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Seriously though,

Gift certificates are always a safe bet,

Wine can be a nice gift.

My wife bought a load of decorative mosaic lamps to use as arbitrary grab bag gifts, and they always go over really well.

hope this helps Snapperhead!!!
