Yeah, normally absinthe isn't this nice to me the day after...and I had 5 Sazeracs before switching to something milder...

I have never had absinthe wouldn't mind trying it, but I know the ish that's over here isn't anything like the good shit in europe.

You can GET good stuff here, but it's harder. Even the stuff here isn't too bad...and it's great in mixed drinks where it's an element of the overall composition rather than the sole flavor.

Sazerac's are great, because the rye whiskey cuts the absinthe just enough...
