e last Steering Committee, I took the following key recommendations of the Independent Science Advisors and broke them out for comparative purposes. I think that using their Figure 1 (From the Adaptive Management Report, in the final paragraph) for Governance is critical for the purposes of both acknowledging their exceptional effort, but also refining the existing model.
