I was still AHUNGER as my friend Tara used to say so I had half a turkey sandwich with onion, pickle, mayo and mustard.

 

Frittata with smoked kielbasa, onion, bell pepper, and my wife’s very tasty cookies (including her first attempt at shortbread).

My family's recipe for frittata uses asparagus, onion, and some kind of cured meat, a bit of garlic, parsley, and any herbs of your choice. it is great, I could go for some right now, lol

 

Avocado smash on flax seed toast. Some juice, and the last of our pomegranate seeds.

 

Some leftovers, a sweet italian sausage with a little bit of rigatoni and shells and a small piece of pizza.

 

Rob if I ever get the pleasure of meeting you we need to book an eating feast, brothers from some other mothers I tell ya. We should take one of those DNA ancestry tests, I have a feeling our roots are very close to each other.
