Wicky, WSB, Raptor and the rest of you whores should all know by now that the proper protocol to assemble the committee is to first launch an investigative body to research the need for a committee. This body must be requested in triplicate and the non-refundable administrative fees paid in advance by cash, money order or cashiers check. Credit cards and personal check will not be accepted! Upon receipt of the proper request forms the subcommittee will promptly disapprove the request for a investigative body to determine the need for a committee in 30-45 working days.
