Panzerottis tonight, baked, take-out form a pizza joint. I love them deep fried but fried food is hard on me.

Yeah the Calzone are the baked version, better for my stomach yes. Fried food just haunts me later in the evening with heartburn.

Fusilli pasta in an olive oil mix with grilled chicken, spinach, garlic, bacon, salt, pepper, and topped with parm. reg grated cheese.
