I am not sure, but I see chicken breasts thawing!

I made some Sunday gravy the other night that turned out good .I know .. some will argue it is Sunday sauce lol. I like gravy ... it is made with drippings! But anyways, for those that have never had it, it is this awesome thing made with tons of meat. I used a couple of really good pork chops, italian sausages, made up a couple of braciole and some big meatballs I made (pork and beef mix of course) for the meats and cooked it all day in the crushed tomatoes and herbs, including some basil from the garden. Ate a bunch and froze the rest for later. Not the lightest of meals but it was cold and rainy this week so it felt like time to make something like that!

Either smoked chicken or grouse, depending on the +1's success hunting this morning. Can't see how he won't get a grouse.
