my temp VT uses that a lot when he makes it & yes I taught all 3 of them how to make Gravy & Swedish Meatballs
they got the Low & Slow skills from C-6 but I get credit for the Sauce

 

Italian sausage with sauteed zucchini squash and caramelized onions

 

Either Cheese Ravioli or Pasta with the Pork laced Sauce I'm making

 

I had a good supper tonight! I cooked up some sausages (like BIG PAULIE) and some penne and threw it all together with garlic,onion,parmesan and romano and some olive oil and italian blend salad.

 

Last night butter lettuce with leftover roasted chicken, tomatoes, goat cheese, radish, and carrot

 

Tonight sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions and a small green salad

 

PIZZA with pepperoni, onions, olives extra cheese and salad last night.

 

Chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese and peas and a side of ramen.

 

Last night grilled lamb chops with sauteed spinach and garlic.

 

Had a dinner last night I went shopping yesterday so had a lot of choices. Had a thin crust pizza with no sauce and fancy cheese on it (forgot what kind) and noodles with butter,garlic, red pepper flakes,parmesan cheese, some salad with blue cheese and then two bowls of crunchy granola raisin bran with almond milk.
