We trolled 7 lines all morning at the Sea Isle reef (12 miles south,10 miles out) caught NOTHING but some and some we had one huge knockdown! ( a swing and a miss) dang thing ran and ran and bit right through 200 pound leader!! Captain assumes it was a LARGE King Mackerel www.tinyurl.com judging by other captains chatter that they were catching them in the area and the TEETH marks on the shredded line that came back
In the afternoon we gave up on trolling at went to another closer to home reef/wreck for some bottom fishing. We did MUCH better!
