It is strange that you should pick 95 as the upper limit! Personally, if I was putting a limit on something that was at that sort of level, I would probably have rounded it off to 100.......

I wonder whether there is some form of psychological profiling that would be able to explain why people would choose the number that they do when setting limits like this ??
