I try to drink a couple of quarts per day. I also had some new stuff today which is on the idea of Gatorade. It is called trek hydrator and comes in diffrent flavors its pretty good but I still got a little dehydrated.

I am trying to lose weight at the moment so am on a diet. Not allowed to drink anything with caffeine or carbohydrates in it ..... which knocks just about everything but water on the head !!!
