I've lost 7lbs already although I am sure a lot of that is water weight.

I'm not close to super skinny. I just have to get back into shape and shed some pounds that were gained over Christmas and on a cruise we just took. Plus the insurance co. says I'm too fat for the good rate of life insurance. Thing is, if I was down to where they say I need to be, I would have bones sticking out of my hips.
