You're thinking sunny southern California beach...I'm talking about rainy Washington beach. The drive from the coast was HELL. I almost ran off the road into the water a few times because I was driving by brail it was raining so hard (and windy). The only saving grace is that I've driven the road often enough in bad weather than I know it fairly well...
