yeah, computer backup is the best, I don't have it, but they really need a standard for this kind of thing....... I've given up programming phones, it's so annoying. Of course the one phone I don't program is the one I've kept forever

I have a moral dilemna with SBC since they used to be pac bell, and I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE those bastards...... every single dealing with them has been a pain in the ass!!! every last one I swear.....
