I much prefer for this death to be a celebrated event. Not that we'll be happy when it occurs, but I feel that this thread would want us all to remember the good times...to laugh...to tell bawdy jokes...to drink copious quantities of e- and e- in it's honor.

For the passing of this thread shall not be the ending of a long and illustrious life, but rather it will be the passing of the torch to yet another thread that shall try valiantly to fill it's bytes (threads don't have shoes, you know...).

A passing of this magnitude cannot be forced, and it is quite obvious that there is not just quantity, but QUALITY, left in the life of this dear old thread!

 

I fear, dear friend that the quality made a swift exit when you entered this thread !!!
