Actually it was pretty funny when I first came down to DC....noone could figure out where I was from because I didn't speak with any kind of accent....but when I'm home I sound like I am from New York....my mom talks that way People think she's originally from Long Island

 

I went into culture shock when I moved from R.I. to Vt. Everyone is so legit here.
